Introduction
Hi! I'm Roope Nieminen, also known to many as Taiteilija Nieminen (Artist Nieminen). You can spot me on the stages of festivals and club gigs as part of the actively touring band Portion Boys. I’ve been a member of the band since 2017, and during that time, we’ve seen all kinds of events and venues - not to mention gone through countless pairs of drumsticks!
I first got my hands on Drumtailor sticks at the DAF Association’s Drum Day in 2024, and right away I could tell these sticks felt fantastic. The coating on the sticks is absolutely superior compared to others - a real ace up the sleeve. Our music is fast-paced, and the gigs are full of energy. These sticks stay firmly in my hands even during the wildest shows, and they’re both well-balanced and durable! Since switching to Drumtailor sticks, playing has noticeably become easier for me, which is a big deal!
