Santiago Jasa (URY)
Introduction
Santiago Jasa is a Uruguayan drummer, composer, producer, and musician. During his music career spanning over 20 years, he has recorded, produced, and performed with funk/alternative/fusion artists such as Mememe Fank, Sucia Esquina, Los Espejos, and Bonus Track. His first solo album, released in 2024 under the pseudonym Ñato Parihuela, contains seven original songs and can be heard on Ñato Parihuela’s official YouTube channel and later on Spotify. During the winter of 2025, Santiago is touring Uruguay with Bonus Track and recording the third album of the band Sucia Esquina (369), which is set to be released in 2026.
In the fall of 2025, Santiago joined Drumtailor’s growing roster of collaborating artists to further his career as a professional musician. His choice is the Elite 5Ax, an extended version of the classic 5A equipped with a fusion tip.
