J-P Harju (FIN)

I am J-P Harju, and I've been playing drums for five decades. Since I started using Drumtailor´s drumsticks, I've used them for every gig. The sticks felt right for me from the very beginning. Despite heavy use, the tips are completely intact, and the sticks work well for both light playing and intense sessions. I sweat a lot, but Drumtailor´s sticks don't slip from my hands. They have a good front-heavy balance. In addition to my main band Pekka Tiilikainen & Beatmakers, I play in a surf-rock band called The Doltones, whose albums have twice been selected as Album of the Year by the British Pipeline magazine. I highly recommend Finnish craftsmanship and Drumtailor´s sticks.
