Drumtailor Custom Signature is a new drumstick concept that allows you to create your own custom drumstick model that fully matches your needs and preferences - one that reflects your unique playing and personality. Tell us your expectations about the features and qualities you value in drumsticks. We will then propose a custom-designed model to match your preferences. 

There are four main factors affecting the design:

1. Basic model

Basic models can be roughly divided into three:

• Light (7A-9A) : sensitive and light drumstick, suitable for light and precise playing

• Medium (5A-7A) : a balanced and versatile drumstick suitable for most styles

• Heavy (2B-5B) : powerful and heavy drumstick, suitable for intensive, heavy playing

2. Measures and shape

The dimensions and shape of the drumstick significantly affect the playing feel:

• the thickness of drumstick

• the length of drumstick

• tip shape and diameter

• the length of taper and the thickness of taper base

• total weight

• weight balance

3. Material and finishing

Wood material, treatments and finishes affect e.g. to the durability, weight and playing feel of the drumstick. These features include e.g.

• material (hickory, hornbeam)

• surface treatment options (varnish, wax, oil-based solutions)

4. Branding

Finally, you can brand the drumsticks with your own logo, text or even your signature.

Attention! Each drumstick model is a unique product designed for its player. We respect patents and copyrights. Therefore, you cannot order exact copies of other manufacturers´ models.
